The charges for traveling fees and notarize documents are expected to be paid before the notarization begins. Contact us to discuss your document fees. For the purchase of your documents, we can either provide you with an "Email Request Payment" before our scheduled date or charge your credit card before the notarization begins.

Chicago Public Notary can only advise the client what the forms are used for. It is up to each client to decide whether they need these additional forms or not.

If you are unsure, please contact us for an estimate on the documents you would need us to notarize.


Once our notary arrives to the appointment, payment is non refundable because our fee involves time, travel and parking fees incurred by our notaries. A 24 hours notice is needed to cancel your appointment. A fee may be applied for notices not canceled within the 24 hours.
